When should I start dress shopping?

We recommend that you start looking around 12 months before your wedding date.

Don’t have that much time? Don’t panic!
We have a beautiful selection of samples which can be brought off the peg and our designers also offer a Rush Service on most styles.

Where are you based and is there parking?

We are based in an old 16th Century flour mill just off Botley high street called Botley Mills. There is car parking available in the mill directly outside the shop which offers all customers 1 hour parking for free (After this it is £1 extra for each additional hour)

Do I need to make an appointment to visit?

Yes we operate by appointment only to ensure we can give you the best shopping experience.

How long is my appointment?

Your allocated appointment time is 90 minutes and an hour for your second appointment.

Can I bring baby/toddler to my appointment?

You are more than welcome to bring any children with you to your appointment. Please ensure a friend or family member is able to attend your appointment with you to look after them while you are trying on dresses for their safety.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

As we are only a small bridal boutique, the maximum amount of guests each bride can bring along is 3 in order to make it a comfortable experience for everyone.

Can I take photos at my appointment?

We have no restrictions on taking photos but phone cameras never do the dresses any justice. We believe taking a video on your phone may give you a better picture of the dress. If you do have a good quality camera, that would be the best option.

What sizes are your samples to try?

We carry sample sizes in 8-16 and our curvy bride collection is 18-30. We have samples for everyone.

What price range are your dresses?

Our prices range from £850 to £2550.
We also carry samples which can be bought off the peg at a reduced prices. Please see our SALE DRESS PAGE on our website.

What is the latest I can order a dress?

Our standard delivery is 16-20 weeks but some of our ranges offer a rush service allowing us to receive your dress within 6-10 weeks. (Please note that due to delayed delivery times we are not able to offer a rush delivery service at this time) There is an additional charge for this service. Please don’t forget to allow time for alterations which can vary depending on what you need doing.

I have found the dress with you, how do I go about ordering?

We are pleased that we were able to help you find your dream dress. To order a dress with us we would need to measure you to work out the correct size and a 50% deposit would be required to place the order. The other 50% is payable once the dress has arrived with us.

How does it work with alterations?

We have two fabulous seamstresses who are available to carry out any alterations you may need.

I see you stock a designer I like, if you don't have a particular dress, can you get it in for me to try?

We may be able to borrow a sample dress from our designers at a cost of £35 which will be deducted from the price of the dress if you decide to place an order. Samples provided by the designers are only in selected sizes and colours which we will enquire about for you.
